We are pleased to invite you to join us in person for The Whickers Audio Documentary Showcase 2021 at Bertha DocHouse in central London, on Wednesday 10th November at 6:20pm.
The evening of audio documentary will feature Ibby Caputo’s 2019 RAFA (Radio & Audio Funding Award) winning work, A Perfect Match. Ibby’s piece explores race and ethnic disparities in healthcare through a highly personal story, asking why her friend died nine years after a life-saving bone marrow transplant, and she did not.
We will also hear excerpts from our two 2020 RAFA Winners: Mads Mordigan’s Back and North and Priyanka Gaikwad’s Unmatched Lives. The showcase will be followed by a live Q&A with our talented audio-makers, plus a free drinks reception!
