ITV’s Former Director of Factual Richard Klein praises Whicker’s World Foundation

Richard Klein, the former Controller of BBC Four and ITV Director of Factual, has welcomed the Whicker’s World Foundation Funding Award:

“I support wholeheartedly this new documentary award based upon the last wishes of Alan Whicker. It is a significant sum of money to fund a bursary, which supports documentary film-makers to make great films that wouldn’t otherwise get funded”

Klein, who was Controller of BBC Four from 2008-2013 before joining ITV, was a guest at Sheffield Doc/Fest’s 2014 programme.
